Art Chang

Art Chang has spent over 25 years in technology transformation for large companies and government. As an insider, he has designed and implemented technology change and as an entrepreneur and investor, delivered web-based software solutions for enterprise and government. Art’s experience spans numerous verticals as diverse as financial services, music, e-commerce, publishing, fashion, and government. Art believes that great software, applied intelligently, can result in positive social and economic change, and uses that philosophy to guide his teams.

Amanda Connell

After a classic liberal arts education at Hamilton College, Amanda took a left turn and began her career in retail management, focusing first on strategic merchandising and planning, and later on sales and technical training at The Container Store. Developing a knack for crafting well-tailored messaging and the right delivery for any audience, Amanda contributed to the written training material, traveled to open new stores and mentor new trainers nationally. Amanda joined Orchard in April 2011, and has been building our community and outreach through various efforts ever since.

Bethany Marzewski

Bethany Marzewski works on the marketing team for Careers 2.0, the technical hiring platform associated with Stack Overflow, the world’s largest Q&A site for professional programmers. In this role, she teaches employers how to share their hiring story with developers by offering tips on technical recruitment practices and ways to attract top talent.

Tarek Pertew

Tarek is a repeat entrepreneur who currently helps connect the world with exciting young companies as the co-founder of Wakefield Media and creator of its Uncubed conference. He is also the co-founder of NYC Footy, an adult soccer league favored by many of the city’s tech companies. Tarek sits as an advisor to the United Kingdom Trade & Investment and Enstitute. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife Thais, a branding & packaging designer.

Benjamin Stein

Ben is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Mobile Commons, where he is responsible for product development, system architecture, and technical operations. He is one of the leading pioneers shaping how organizations successfully use mobile for healthcare, advocacy, fundraising, organizing, and other forms of communication.

Eric Yohay

Eric Yohay is Managing Partner at Games Forum, the largest industry trade group of game designers. Eric oversees Games Forum’s Demo Night, a monthly event where some of the hottest Nyc games are debuted as well as deep dive educational classes, round tables, and full day workshops. Games Forum is also disrupting the co working space by allowing game devs to rent desk space at some of the most innovative companies in the gaming industry.

Mark Zagorski

Mark has been at the forefront of digital disruption since 1997 when he joined Modem Media – Poppe Tyson, a pioneering digital ad agency and the source of the web’s first banner ad. Following his agency tenure working for clients like IBM, HSBC, Priceline and Standard & Poor’s, Mark was appointed President of WorldNow, which ushered over 300 local TV stations into the digital age via video streaming and online network ad solutions. After WorldNow, he helped local newspapers evolve online, becoming Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate EVP of MediaSpan, where he led strategy, marketing and business development and built its 1400+ affiliate local ad network.

Jonathan Zweig

Jonathan Zweig is Founder and President of AdColony, the leader in breakthrough mobile video advertising. With deep roots in mobile app development, Mr. Zweig has been featured in Forbes and the Wall Street Journal for his work at the company. Prior to AdColony, Mr. Zweig designed and implemented medical software for massive patient data sets at UCLA Radiology.

Mr. Zweig holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
